Yildiz teaches Family Constellations which is one of the tools that is to available to help with these types of issues. One of these is Family Constellations (another is Emotional Mind Integration). As a Family Constellation practitioner and trainer – I have noticed that sexual abuse, incest and trauma arise in a high proportion of clients attending my sessions. Family constellation processes looks at the core events or issues in a family system. These family issues would be having a profound effect on the lives, emotions and patterns on our clients. These issues would be effecting their mental health, depression and anxiety, self-esteem, relationships and confidence.
Clients might find it difficult to find a partner or have issues in maintaining a long term relationship.
Another dynamic is that they keep attracting the same kind of abusive partner.
Yildiz in teaching Family Constellations has developed ways of working that she is offering to teach her students in this training. These issues often arise involuntarily when we do Family Constellation work.
Even if you are not a therapist or not a therapist in this area, this can happen if this is the core underlying dynamic of an issue in your life.
So, what do you do when this arises? What happens if you realise that you cannot help your client to overcome their sexual abuse or their trauma? Do you deal with it as best you can, close the session down, divert their attention to something else, or refer them onto another practitioner who you feel is better equipped to work with sexual abuse or trauma?
Yildiz teaches Family Constellations and how for you to be able to deal with such issues briefly, efficiently and most of all safely when they arise. Safely means that the client is not re-traumatised. She also teaches you how to deal with issues like anxiety, depression, etc.
Family Constellations Training details
The training Yildiz teaches is online. A total of 75 hours professional development consisting of 11 webinars and one component of live internet of 5 days for experiential practice and learning. With books to read, excercises for you to do and at the end you have to do 4 case studies. Each stage of the course checks that you have understood it by testing you. The webinars is a compressed experience of what Yildiz has learnt over 20 years of therapy. She teaches you what works and what doesn’t. She gives examples to explain difficult issues.
The date of the Family Constellations training is held on a regular basis and there is an online face-to-face zoom training component where she teaches the practicalities. The five day online course is 9.30 am-4.30 pm Australian time.
Your trainer is Yildiz who has Master in Counselling and a Bachelor in Education.
She is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Supervisor,
