Abuse is a term that may take many forms, such as physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse and incest, just to name a few. Family Constellations is a safe environment in which to explore the dynamics of any abusive situation or to resolve perpetrator or victim patterns that may be playing out in your life.

All of these very difficult issues can be explored and released through constellation work, as the guilt and shame that is often experienced especially by the victims, may be released as they begin to find their way back to healing emotional pain and claiming more freedom.
