It’s so interesting how we don’t notice or acknowledge what is most present in our lives. Because it’s always there. We’ve never been without it and yet it’s the essence of who we
are.
Energy alive in us as stardust, connecting each body cell and organ to our brain. Creating pathways for our rising thoughts to flow and mingle in forming messages, impulses and feelings in our consciousness.
Our mind is intangible, invisible and yet real. An energetic essence through which we perceive and make sense of our creature bodies on this planet.
Energy that holds a rich potency like a snowflake and the stardust that we are, with our unique consciousness.
Precious and yet illusive and yet always with us.
Our energy connection to our soul.
The energy that is present between friends or loved ones that arises from our energetic centre, in letting us know, intuitively.
And the sense of energy within and around us is a reminder to me about why I love Family Constellations.
Family Constellations is a psychotherapy in it own place, that incorporate so much of what it is to be human. In showing our deep connections to where and who we come from and the connections we make in our lives. Energetic connections that flow to children and beyond to future generations and to community.
It may sound whimsical and yet it is powerful in assisting people with the struggles of life. The human condition.
A process that picks up the energy of a person and follows it through their family system with ease, through the stated intention of the client, in assisting to resolve something of importance for them. So they can express, let go and move into a better energetic space with new awareness and new perceptions.
It sounds miraculous and yet it provides a new awareness that triggers neural wiring in our brains for new perceptions to arise. Making peace with the past and ourselves in laying down the learnings and experience as wisdom in our roots. A rich compost to absorb.
All this comes with the excitement of rediscovering who we are now.
So a new page is turned, as we take the next step in our lives.
